We seek native intelligence and a demonstrable level of computer literacy with a verifiable work ethic. Guards in training are given comprehensive site specific instruction in order to fully understand the security needs of the client. This ensures a thorough grasp of the duties and responsibilities associated with each work site. Accordingly, 4D Protection operates with no preset maximum training investment Instead, the company deploys Guards only after they have demonstrated the required skill set necessary to uphold the 4D Protection standards.

The company also strives to actively inspire morale among its Guards by offering various incentives such as extended health benefits, birthday and Christmas gifts, awards of merit and a 50% contribution to security related further education programs.
